The Fountains Ballroom is located in Gresham at 223 SE 122nd Ave.; 503-.261-9424. This place, like A Knight In Shining Amour, uses the same area for both the wedding and the reception. While the bride and groom are out with the receiving line (and more photos) they convert the area into the dining facility. They also have a full bar. The indoor area exits into an outdoor garden area that is also used for dining.
Oaks Park Pioneer Church; 455 SE Spokane; next to the Sellwood Bridge. Good for a small wedding of not more than 60 guests.
The Old Church; 1422 SW 11th Avenue, Portland 97201. 503-222-2031. Interesting old stone church that is very roomy.
World Forestry Center. In Washington Park. Room rates vary from $100 for a small meeting room to $1,500 to rent a very large 100' diameter room for an evening.
